Cheese Omelette, Egg Cheese Omelette Recipe
One of the easiest cheese omelette recipe. Less ingredients, yet very tasty to eat.
This is a very simple cheese omelette recipe which can be made in minutes. The list of ingredients is pretty small and something that is easily available. With the combination of cheese, what you get is a more healthy Omelette. Hope you enjoy this dish.

- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- Cooking Time: 4 minutes
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp - Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp - Red Chilly powder or Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tbsp - Salt
- 1 medium - Onion
- 2 Slices - Cheese
1: Break two eggs in a bowl. Add 1/2 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp chilli powder to it. Use pepper powder if you prefer it over chilli. Whisk this well.
2: Heat 2 tbsp of Olive oil in a pan. When the oil is hot enough, add the sliced onion and fry till it is golden brown.
3: Next, pour the beaten eggs in the Pan. Reduce the flame and cook for 1-2 minutes each side.
4: On the first flip, add 2 slices of cheese over the top of the Omelette. Do not flip now or else the cheese will stick to your pan.
5: This is it. Your cheese omelette is ready to be served either with Bread or Indian Chapatis.
