One of the best egg recipes ever. Egg bhurji is just one delicious egg preparaton that can be made in minutes and requires the least number of ingredients.
Egg Bhurji is one of the favourite egg recipe among all egg lovers. It goes well with either bread, pav or chapati and can be eaten as a snack, lunch item or a dinner item.

- 4 large - Eggs
- 1 large - Tomato finely chopped
- 1 large - Onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp - Chilly powder
- 1 large - Chilly finely chopped
- 1 tbsp - Salt
- 4 tbsp - Oil
1: Whisk the eggs in a bowl and ensure that the yellow and transparent part is mixed well. Add salt and red chilly powder while doing this.
2: Now, in a pan take 4 tbsp oil and add the chopped onions, chilly and tomatoes. Saute for around 2 mins till the onions turn golden brown.
3: Now, add the whisked eggs in the pan and keep whisking until cooked. If you might have seen a street vendor making Bhurji, they use a metallic spoon to make finer pieces. You can use a wooden or a metallic spoon to do so depending on the Pan that you are using.
4: Cook for around 2 minutes. Do not over fry, or else you will get burnt bhurji.
5: That it, serve with Chapati or Bread. Egg Bhurji goes well as a snack item.
